IT'S ALIVE

The building process was a challange but pretty straight forward.  This being my first build the concerns over thermal paste and static discharge definately slowed the process a quite a bit. In the end and all the connectors  were in there place, plugged it in and no lights. With a little bit of troubleshooting realized that two plugs were in reverse order and  upon correction everything started up  beautifully.

GAME ON

For his build I decided to install the Windows 11 Pro operating system. This decision was based on this 11 Pro's features of account management and virtualization.  After checking to make sure all the drivers were up to date on the motherboard, the OS was installed customly to manage exactually what features were enabled. Finally I set up and account for my son to use that will limit his access to the internet and log-in times during the week.  All in all I believe his favorite part is the customization to the RGB everywhere, we are happy with the speed of game play and system processing.
